Prenatal PreparationTwo in-home visits to discuss your goals, birth preferences, comfort measures, and what to expect.
I will also be available for email and phone support throughout your pregnancy.Labor Support24/7 on-call support beginning two weeks before your due date and continuous support throughout labor and birth.Postpartum Follow-UpA visit after birth to process your experience, answer questions, and connect you with resources

About Me
I've always loved spending time with babies and children, but my passion for birth truly began when I welcomed my son in 2024.As I prepared for my own birth, I experienced firsthand how invaluable a supportive birth team can be. The encouragement and guidance I received from my midwife and my doula helped me feel confident and empowered going into labor. The days and months that followed was like some sort of high. I absolutely love being with other women and families as they experience this too, as they welcome their own babies.I attended DONA International doula training in May 2026. I believe every family deserves compassionate, judgment-free support and the information they need to make the choices that are right for them. My goal is to be a calming, reassuring presence throughout your pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum journey.When I'm not supporting growing families, you'll usually find me exploring the mountains around Truckee with my husband, our two little ones, and our dog—whether we're skiing, camping, or simply enjoying time together outdoors.
